The Health and Spa Centre is open 24 hours a day.

Is it necessary to book the stay or treatments in advance?

Is it possible to change the purchased Wellness program or gift voucher, with specified services, procedures or services to other ones (for example, aromatherapy massage to Thai massage or amber body scrub to wrap)?

No, if you have purchased a specific Wellness program (for example, Amber Etudes, Evening Breeze), the procedures specified in the program package cannot be changed to other procedures or services.

What are the opening hours of the pool and sauna complex?

Working hours of pools and saunas: Mo-Fr: 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Sa-Su: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Why is the pool and sauna complex not open during the day?

Various treatments and wellness activities take place in the pools during the day.

Up to what age can children be accommodation free of charge?

Up to 3 years of age.

Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

How many people can stay in one room at a time?

Up to four people can stay in one room at a time.

When is the breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the buffet restaurant?

Breakfast is served 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.; lunch: 12.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.; dinner: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

What are the opening hours of the Pineta restaurant?

The restaurant opening hours:

Sunday – Thursday
11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Where can I buy gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers can be purchased on our website or directly at the Health and Spa Centre.

What is the distance from the Gradiali Health and Spa Centre to the sea?

The sea is just 500 m away from the Health and Spa Centre!

Do the rooms have balconies?

Our double rooms, mini suites, suites, and apartments have balconies. Balconies are not available in single rooms only.

Can I smoke on the balcony?

No, smoking on the balconies and in the common areas of the Health and Spa Centre is strictly prohibited. Smoking on balconies is subject to EUR 100.00 administrative fine.

Is parking free of charge?

Guests to the Gradiali Health and Spa Centre can use parking free of charge.

Do you have a children’s playroom? Does it have a supervisor?

A children’s playroom is available but it does not have a supervisor. Parents themselves are responsible for taking care of their children and the safety of children.

After what surgeries, illnesses or injuries are patients admitted for rehabilitation?

We accept patients with the musculoskeletal system injuries/disorders, endocrine system diseases, nervous system diseases, and respiratory system diseases that are sent by the Territorial Health Insurance Fund (THIF) from all over Lithuania for inpatient (rehabilitation II, repeated and palliative rehabilitation treatment) and outpatient rehabilitation.

What do I need to have with me when arriving with a referral from THIF?

You need to have the following documents/items:

  • A certificate issued by the Territorial Health Insurance Fund entitling you to compensation for your medical rehabilitation. This certificate is issued electronically by THIF, so you do not need to go to THIF to collect it. You will be informed of your entitlement by the doctor who gives you the referral concerning your rehabilitation treatment;
  • An extract from your medical documents issued by your doctor (Form 027/a);
  • An identity document;
  • A certificate from the labour exchange, if you are registered with the labour exchange;
  • Personal belongings required during treatments (swimwear, rubber slippers, clothing and footwear for the gym, personal hygiene items).

Can I stay in the Gradiali Health and Spa Centre together with a THIF client?

Yes, it is allowed.

What can you offer to patients with chronic illnesses or health problems who have not received support from the Health Insurance Fund for inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation?

We offer health and spa treatment for such patients.

How can I book a treatment based on the referral from the THIF?

If your doctor issued a referral for THIF concerning your treatment, please book your stay with us in advance by calling at +370 667 22803 or +370 667 22801.
