Immerse in the pleasures of a Turkish bath, Nordic steam sauna, Himalayan sauna with a salt wall, mineral water pool and jacuzzi. Enjoy beautiful views of the pinewoods out of the panoramic windows, relax and recharge.
The pool and sauna complex consists of 2 swimming pools, 4 saunas, 2 jacuzzi and a relaxation area. The water in the new pool is equivalent to the Black Sea water based on its salinity and mineralization. Swimming in such water accelerates cell renewal, strengthens immune system and improves skin condition. There is no chlorine odor in the pool due to the advanced chlorine-free water filtration system installed.

*Every day from 8 p.m. in swimming pools and saunas area – quiet time, only 16-year-old and older guests can use pools and saunas area. Pool temperature 34°C (suitable for babies and small children).

Turkish bath
High humidity creates an excellent climate for relaxation. During treatment respiratory tracts are cleaned, blood circulation is activated, tense muscles are relaxed and the skin becomes soft and delicate. Ideal staying time in the steam bath ranges from 10 to 15 minutes. The room is heated by water steam.
Turkish bath:
- Interior finishing material: stoneware tiles arranged in mosaic,
- Temperature: 45-55°C,
- Room inside climate: humid (warm steam is supplied 95-99%).
Healing effect of the steam/ Turkish bath:
- Ideal way to clean skin and respiratory tract,
- Stimulating effect.
Recommended bath time:
15-20 minutes, then 20-30 minutes for resting, repeat 1-2 times, 2-3 times per week.
Nordic sauna with steam
Nordic sauna with steam or combined sauna or is unique because of the equipment that makes it possible to create the desired climate. It’s like two saunas in the same room.
The sauna beds are arranged on two levels, one above, the other below. The higher, the hotter. Combined sauna is heated by the heater with stones. Air temperature inside the sauna can range from 40°C to 95°C. Air humidity ranges from 15 to 90%. This humidity is achieved by steam generator supplying steam inside the sauna.
Breathing is easier when temperature is lower and humidity is higher. Combined sauna makes you want to relax after the hard day’s work. It is recommended to lie, but it is necessary to lift your head.
Sauna with steam is suitable for children; certainly, lower temperature and constant adult supervision is recommended. It increases endurance, coordination of movements, provides excellent calming effect, improves mood, restores spiritual balance.
The stay time in the sauna is highly dependent on temperature and humidity ratio and the individual well-being. The optimal time is 15-20 min.
Sauna with steam (combined sauna):
- Interior finishing material: wood,
- Heating source: electric heater,
- Temperature: 40-95°C, Room inside climate: humid (humidity 15-90%).

- Stimulates body detoxification, skin cleansing,
- Activates the blood circulation, stimulates body resistance.
Recommended sauna time:
15-20 minutes (warming up), 20-30 minutes (for resting), repeat 2-3 times, 1 time per week.
Sauna with Hymalayan salt wall
It is a wooden very hot and dry Finnish bath after which it is a great pleasure to freshen up in the cold water.
Traditionally Finnish saunas were the same as Russian banyas. The Finns even have a legend regarding sauna origin: a drop of rain permeated through the roof and fell on a hot woodstove. The room was filled with pleasant steam. This event gave an idea to construct a sauna.
The Finns considered sauna as a temple. They thought that all diseases may be cured by the heat. Frequent visits to sauna help to reduce stress. Sauna stimulates body cleaning from waste. Heat and cold interaction improves body functions, especially the blood circulation, mobilizes body resistance, stimulates the action of the heart and has a positive effect on blood pressure.

- Room inside climate: dry (humidity 6-15%).

- Temperature activates Hymalayan salt in the air that helps body to relax
